Job description
General Farm Labor. Planting, growing, harvesting and storing clover and hay. Soil preparation. Cultivate and prepare land for planting food plots; plant and harvest food crops. Fertilize and plant hay fields and cut, bale, and store hay in designated areas.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Able to bend, squat, kneel. Exposed to all kinds of weather conditions. Hours are irregular and work may begin early mornings before daylight or late well past dark. Work tools, supplies, and equipment provided by employer. Housing provided for workers who cannot reasonably return home same day. Transportation and subsistence expenses to work site provided by employer upon completion of 50% of contract. Workers may be subject to random drug post-hire, at no cost to the employee.
