Job description

Operating large farm equipment and machinery for packing silage, putting up feed, preparing ground for planting, push and spread manure; assisting with vaccinating, supplementing and feeding of cows and calves; assisting with birthing of baby calves from mother cows and heifers; weaning and doctoring calves; pulling sick cows into pens; maintenance and repairs to water structures, feed bunks, fences, and corrals; assisting with cattle grazing on winter wheat by building electric fence; repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; sorting calves to be taken to market and sold; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.

Special Requirements

One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
