Job description
Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, catching, sorting, and loading animals; Deliver, move feed/feedstuffs to cattle to supplement diet; Maintain records on loads; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Drive semi trucks with trailers to transport livestock and feed from one location to another; Inspect, maintain, prepare, and repair trucks and trailers; Clean equipment and perform safety inspections. Must be able to speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
