Farmworker/laborer

Job description

Workers will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of planting and harvesting crops- Oats and Rye.

Workers will also support various tasks related to livestock management on the open range, including providing feed and water, guiding animals to pastures for grazing, and inspecting them for signs of illness or injury. Furthermore, workers will contribute to grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, repairing fences, and cleaning up debris. Opportunities for weekend work may be available occasionally.

Special Requirements

Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
