The dishwasher will occasionally assist kitchen staff by portioning sauces into two-ounce cups using a scoop, washing potatoes using hands in a sink and portioning various foods, including potato wedges, vegetables, onion rings, and cooked pasta hands and weighing with a scale.

Under the supervision of restaurant owner, a dishwasher will clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently. Clean and rinse plates, loads and unloads dish machines, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mopping floors. dish area and supports overall kitchen sanitation, including emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors.

Special Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods. Work will be performed from Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with Wednesday as the designated day off. Days and times of schedule may vary based on business needs.
