Job description
The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil to fertilize, plant and seed crops such as corn and beans. Equipment, buildings and grounds will need routine maintenance. Delivery of crops, supplies and materials will need to be done to local elevator or on farm storage.
Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level required. Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors.
