Job description
Processing seafood and picking whole, cooked crabs for consumption by the general public; sorting and packing picked crab meat by grade (jumbo, lump, backfin and special); loading and unloading crabmeat into coolers and into trucks for commercial distribution; cleaning and sanitizing work stations as required by state and federal food-safety regulations. Employer provides 14 days on the job training.
