Job description
Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms in order to reinforce concrete. Able to operate wire reel, klein pliers and hand tools to fasten and bend rebar.
Special Requirements
Some weekend work. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs 75 yds. Must be able to read and understand tape measures, use hand and power tools, and read blueprints. Must be willing to work increased work hours during favorable weather or otherwise as needed. Must be able to obtain a driver's license if necessary. Will be exposed to repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, reaching, step-up, pulling, pushing, lifting and carrying. Must be willing to stay in hotel rooms with coworkers if necessary. Must be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions or freezing temperatures. Will travel to worksites within area of intended employment.
