Job description

Perform general farm duties on our seasonal horseradish, soybean, wheat and corn farm in Missouri like: Operation of specialized horseradish equipment and implements. Assist with planting and harvest of crops. Ensure efficient use and care of all equipment, to include incidental maintenance. Maintain complete and accurate records.

Farming with: Beans, Grain, Horseradish, Corn
Equipment: Specialized horseradish equipment and implements. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 2 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
