Job description
Prepare workstations and ingredients according to chef's instructions; cook and plate dishes such as salads, sauces, and some entrees; maintain a clean kitchen space and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines; communicate shortages of items to restaurant management; control food waste and usage per standard operating procedures; practice safety standards at all times.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months experience in a culinary position.
Applicant must complete post-employment background check at employer's expense.
Employer may offer a bonus depending on experience and merit.
Work hours: The position requires a flexible schedule. Shifts consist of 8-hour shifts; days and hours may vary weekly from Saturday through Friday, 5:00 am-11:30 pm based on operational needs with a minimum of 35 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.
