Job description

Attach farm implements, such as plow, to tractor. Till soil. Tow harvesting equipment. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and incidental repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers.

Crops: Corn, Soy Beans, Wheat. Farming with: Soy Beans, Corn, Whea. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
