Job description

Workers clean up scraps such as plant debris and branch clippings from the bouquets and wreaths they are working on to maintain a clean table and work station.

- Water plants, and cut, condition, and clean flowers and foliage for storage
- Trim material and arrange bouquets, wreaths, and other items, using hand trimmers, shapers, wire, pins, floral tape, foam, and other materials.
- Wrap and price completed arrangements.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the store to ensure the shop is clean and tidy.

Special Requirements

- Must display manual dexterity
- Must display attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to tolerate very hot or very cold temperatures.
- Must be available entire contract period.
- May conduct post-hire, employer-paid drug testing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Special Requirements and Provisions:
- Schedule varies (days of the week and shift times). Additional hours may be offered. May be
required to work weekends.
-Employer may offer a raise or bonus depending on experience and merit.
-Must meet minimum production requirements: 10 wreaths per hour, 17 bunches per hour, 33
bouquets per hour.
-Bonuses available for exceeding the minimum production requirements.
-Must be willing to work on a team and work well with other staff and employees.
-Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.
-Daily transportation is not provided, but the employer will provide assistance to securing
transportation to the worksite if needed.
-Employer provides optional housing to workers who do not reside within a reasonable
commute to primary worksite location.
-Deductions: Optional housing is available at $150 per worker per week.
