Food And Beverage Operations Assistant

Job description

Food and Beverage Operations Assistants will be responsible for supporting food and beverage service operations by assisting service staff in restaurants, event space, pool, and beach dining areas. This includes delivering food and beverages to tables, maintaining table readiness (clearing and resetting tables), refilling water, beverages, condiments, and supplies at service stations, greeting and seating guests when needed, taking and placing guest orders when needed, ensuring clean and organized service areas, and following all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations, as well as Four Seasons standards of service and conduct.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 8:00am to 4:00pm, or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of hospitality or food and beverage experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense.
