The finished cotton candy is then placed into bags and hung on a designated display line. Hot dogs are individually immersed in the prepared batter and then deep-fried in a commercial fryer until the coating achieves the desired color and texture. Funnel Cake: Funnel cake batter is prepared by mixing commercial funnel cake mix with water to reach proper consistency. The mixed batter is then dispensed into a deep fryer for cooking until golden brown. Nachos: Tortilla chips are placed in a heated holding unit to maintain temperature. Cheese sauce is kept in a separate hot holding station. The chips are plated on a serving tray, and warm cheese sauce is dispensed over the chips using a squeeze bottle. Caramel Apples: Caramel product is heated in a commercial heating apparatus. Fresh apples are individually submerged in warm caramel and rotated to ensure complete coating. Finished products are placed on serving trays to cool. Popcorn: Popcorn kernels are loaded into a commercial popcorn machine.
