Job description
Dining Room Attendants will be responsible for cleaning and clearing tables, carrying trays and plates from the kitchen or service bar to serve food and beverages to patrons, refilling coffee, water, bread, butter, and other table items, and communicating with Servers regarding table status, timing, and member needs. Dining Room Attendants will assist with set up and break down of the dining room for regular service and special events (including arranging tables and chairs according to floor plan and setting tables) and will also maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and back of house. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM – 4:00PM or 1:00PM – 9:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
