Job description

Take beverage orders. Mix and serve drinks. Clean glasses and bar equipment. Keep bar area clean and stocked. May be required to take and serve food orders. Requisition and display liquor and supplies. May perform other reasonable job related duties as needed.

On occasion, members may prefer a quick meal while seated at the bar. In such instances, taking their food order and then serving them snacks and food items may be required. Other reasonable job related duties may include: Replenish bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

***F.a.5 A-H & F.a.6a & F.a.6b 35 hrs/wk minimum. Shifts and shift hours vary Mon-Sun 7a-11p.

Special Requirements

Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed.
Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time.
Professional appearance, able to communicate in English.
