Job description
Processing seafood and picking whole, cooked crabs for consumption by the general public; sorting and packing picked crab meat by grade (jumbo, lump, backfin and special); loading and unloading crabmeat into coolers and into trucks for commercial distribution; cleaning and sanitizing work stations as required by state and federal food-safety regulations.

Special Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Employer paid drug testing is post employment random. Workers must pick a minimum of 3 pounds of clean, picked meat per hour.
