Job description

The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to perform farm labor and nursery work. Workers will perform plant care for various types of plants including tropical, other outdoor plants, and indoor plants. Duties include transplanting, line work, indoor and outdoor field work, lifting, loading, unloading, and operating farm equipment. Workers may occasionally assist with non-commercial meal preparation, cleaning, and maintenance activities for employer-provided worker housing facilities. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, humidity, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. 40 workers needed to start on 8/8/26; and the remaining 25 workers needed to start on 12/24/26.

Special Requirements

Workers must be dependable and punctual and have the ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods outdoors. They must pay attention to detail and quality. Workers must adhere to all safety rules as instructed by supervisors and practice safety in all aspects of work.
