Monitor areas for debris, mopping, sweeping, emptying buckets, spills; identify dishes, glasses and flatware; operate machines properly, including commercial dishwashers, glass washers, mops, wet vacuums, sanitation tools to clean and maintain service items and work areas; familiar with silver burnishing procedures; properly set up sink w/sanitizing and cleaning agents; assist in sanitation, including trash removal; keep work area floors clean, dry and safe; delivery set up and removal of event items, assist in set up and breakdown of event spaces; assist in operations as required, including transporting dishes and supplies, setting up and breaking down event spaces, loading/unloading materials, and arranging tables and equipment; other related duties, including removing debris, emptying trash, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.

Requirements: Min. 1 month experience in position. Must be able to read and write English correctly.
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $26.00 hourly rate; or $5.75 to $9.00 hourly rate plus service charge. Employer guarantees hourly rate will not fall below prevailing wage, $18.94/hour. O/T available paid at $28.41/hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA. Pay rate varies by Outlet.
Shifts: Multiple Shifts (5 rotating days including weekends and holidays) 4am–11am; 11am-6pm; 6pm-1am; 10pm-6am. May work in multiple worksites throughout PBC, FL.
