Server

Job description

Servers who will be responsible for:

• greeting customers, guests and members
• setting up the dining areas
• taking and placing food and beverage orders and accurately entering orders into the POS system
• carrying trays and plates
• serving meals and beverages
• cleaning, clearing tables and resetting tables
• clearing and resetting tables
• running food accurately and promptly
• refilling water
• maintaining clean service stations
• polishing glassware and silverware
• assisting with dining room
• dining room or event space setup and breakdown

Depending on level of experience primary duties Server may be assigned the following primary duties:

• clearing and resetting tables
• running food accurately and promptly
• refilling water
• maintaining clean service stations
• polishing glassware and silverware
• assisting with dining room
• dining room or event space setup and breakdown

Special Requirements

Six (6) months of experience in fine dining, or high volume environment at high end restaurant, resort or private club.
