“Setting up the dining room and/or banquets” – this consists of setting dining room tables with items including linens, silverware, glassware, china, napkins, menus, utensils, dishes, and table décor. Workers will also set up banquets by arranging tables and chairs, and setting up buffet stations, chafing dishes, beverage stations, and place settings.
Tools and equipment used are trays, pushcarts, and chair dollies to set up and arrange the dining room and banquets. These duties are limited to preparing the dining and banquet areas for food and beverage service and do not include any construction, maintenance, or technical installation work.

Servers will be responsible for setting up the dining room and/or banquets, taking and placing customer orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 4:00pm-11:00pm or split shift of 11:30am-3:00pm & 5:30pm-9:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
