Procure supplies from kitchen, maintain dining/buffet area in clean/orderly manner; organize and ensure dining room/buffet area is run in efficient manner and fine service is offered every day; procure efficient operating equipment and supplies from kitchen areas; keep equipment clean in dining area/buffet area; clear tables and bus dirty dishes to kitchen; make sure side stand is equipped with beverages; may serve guests with beverages and entrees as needed, including Sensitivity: Confidential providing incidental support to guest service by delivering pre-prepared beverages and food items to tables, replenishing drinks, and removing used service items, in support of maintaining an orderly dining area; assist management in other matters. Lastly, I confirm that F&B Assistant II workers do not take food or drink orders from customers / guests.

Requirements: Min. 1 month experience in position. Must be able to read and write English correctly.
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $26.00 hourly rate; or $2.35 - $6.00 hourly rate + service charge. Employer guarantees hourly rate of pay will not fall below prevailing wage, $17.91/hour. O/T available paid at $26.87/ hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA. Pay rate varies by Outlet.
Shifts: Multiple Shifts (5 rotating days including weekends and holidays) 4am–11am; 11am-6pm; 6pm-1am; 10pm-6am. May work in multiple worksites throughout PBC, FL.
Special Requirements
Minimum 1 month experience in position. Must be able to read and write English correctly.
