Job description
Perform massage and/or body treatments according to hotel's established protocols; Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of supplies and products; Maintain cleanliness of work area; Maintain records as required by federal, state, local, and hotel regulations; Respond to guest inquiries/requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; Other related duties.
Requirements: Min. 1 month experience in position. Must be able to read and write English correctly. Must be eligible for State of Florida Massage Therapy License and Palm Beach County Massage Therapy License at own cost. Employer will cover cost of the Town of Palm Beach license at approximately $500.00.
Pay Rate: $.01/hour plus a minimum of 17% - 22% commission, and 15% gratuity. Employer guarantees that wage rate will not fall below the prevailing wage of $24.02/hour. Exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA.
Shifts: Multiple Shifts (5 rotating days including weekends and holidays) 8am-5pm; 9am-6pm; 10am-7pm; 11am-8pm.
Special Requirements
