Specific Tasks and tools used to perform those tasks:
The workers will assist with the installation, setup, and dismantling of amusement rides, food concession trailers and related carnival equipment. Replace defective or worn parts such as light bulbs, switches, belts, hoses & belts. Sand, scrape, clean trailers, metal surfaces and structures to maintain appearance and prevent rust or deterioration. Check and replace electrical bulbs, sockets, fuse and lighting fixtures as needed. Clean and maintain work areas.
Workers may use the following tools, equipment, and materials while performing assigned duties: Wrenches, Socket and ratchet sets, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, pry bars, measuring tape, adjustable wrenches. They will use ladders, vacuums and cleaning equipment and supplies, such as sponges, rags and soap.
Neither Vehicles, Industrial Machinery nor Electrical & Electronic Equipment will be serviced, only amusement rides, food concessions trailers and related carnival equipment.
No work will be performed on Diesel Engines.
Work will take place at the Carnival “Winter Quarters” where they park their equipment when not on the road.

replacement, and repair of vehicles, industrial machinery, and electrical and electronic
equipment. Perform duties such as furnishing tools, materials and supplies to other workers;
cleaning work area, machines, and tools; and holding materials or tools for other
workers.
