Golf Attendant

Job description

Golf Attendants will be responsible for providing assistance to members, including greeting members and assisting with check-in, providing bag, cart, and range service to members and guests, and assisting the Pro Shop with retail and member requests. Additionally, Golf Attendants assist members as fore caddies by supporting pace of play and enhancing the overall on-course experience which includes proactively tracking golf balls, providing basic yardage and course guidance, assisting with maintaining proper flow of play, and supporting general course upkeep such as raking bunkers and repairing divots. Additionally, will help ensure a high level of service by anticipating member needs, communicating effectively with players and golf operations staff, and contributing to a smooth, enjoyable, and professional golf experience.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a golf environment at a high-end resort or private club.
