Job description

perform a variety of duties; manually plant, cultivate, fertilize, dig, box, transplant, load and unload inventory and equipment. Starting wage from $11.81 for H2A workers and $9.97 for US workers to $16.00, based on tenure and experience. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Vehicle provided for transportation from housing to work. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
