Bartender

Job description

Bartenders will be responsible for providing excellent beverage service to members and guests while creating a welcoming, professional experience. This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, processing transactions accurately, and following all alcohol service regulations. Candidates should have strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wines, while maintaining full knowledge of the bar menu, wine list, and specialty cocktails. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, able to multitask in a high-volume setting, and willing to assist with rearranging furniture and assist with decorations for events, banquets, and private functions. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am-4:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm. May Occasionally work a double shift. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
