The work will take place at the member reception desk inside the Club. Member Services Concierges will also seat members and guests in the Club dining room.

“Assisting with reservations” consists of accepting, confirming, and modifying reservations made for dining, social events, tennis, and croquet.

Member Services Concierges will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, seating members, operating phones in a polite and friendly manner, and monitoring reservations, phone calls, and upcoming club events to inform members and the staff. Member Services Concierges may need to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am – 5:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, or 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least six (6) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
