Lifeguard

Job description

Lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring recreational areas, such as pools, to provide assistance and protection to participants. Lifeguard may need to lift and carry up to or more than one-hundred (100) pounds. Lifeguard must be able to swim.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:30am – 3:30pm, 2:45pm – 9:45pm, or 9:30am – 4:30pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

Applicant must have an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or attain the appropriate training to receive an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification within three weeks of employment.

Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense.
