Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job description

Shipping & Receiving Coordinators will be responsible for performing storeroom operation tasks including but not limited to receiving, counting, inspecting, unpacking, storing, documenting and distributing merchandise, inspecting shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment, organizing storeroom locations, ensuring proper rotation of products using first in first out method, updating digital record systems, submitting invoices to purchasing manager, fulfilling requisitions, transporting and distributing all goods, materials, and supplies to the proper locations using dollies, handcarts/handtrucks, and golf carts, maintaining sanitization standards in all storerooms, walk-in coolers, freezers, and the loading dock, sweeping and mopping work areas, checking the proper operation of freezers, refrigerators, and walk-in coolers and notifying management of any repair equipment needed, and picking up and delivering items throughout the Club. Shipping & Receiving Coordinators will need to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00AM - 2:00PM and 7:00AM - 3:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
