Job description
Workers duties include but not limited to the following: feeding, cleaning stalles, animal husbandry duties, and repairs around the farm, as well as planting, cutting and baling hay for the farm. Some tractor driving may be required. Workers will be required to keep the barn and shop areas clean and free of debris, perform minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicles and equipment as well as keep the house and house yard clean and free of debris. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Workers must follow all work and safety rules. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
Special Requirements
Bonuses may be given at the descretion of the employer to workers according to work performance and production.
