Job description

Halfway House Attendants will provide food and beverages to players on the course while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked snack station. This role includes responsibility for daily setup, customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and end-of-day procedures. Specifically, Halfway House Attendants will greet members and guests, provide information on convenience and beverage cart services on the golf course, set up the snack bar in the morning (including unlocking the building, turning on all equipment, stocking warmers, coolers, beverage carts, and snack shelves, and verifying safe food storage temperatures), replenish and rotate sandwiches, snacks, beverages, condiments, and supplies throughout the day maintaining property food safety and sanitation, mix and serve drinks, perform end-of-shift tasks (such as restocking and cleaning the station, ensuring receipts and business records are complete, and closing the snack station), maintain clean and operational beverage carts and drive golf carts to and from designated storage areas, and handle cash and credit transactions.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am – 3:00pm or 10:00am – 5:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-end food and beverage environment. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense. Former workers are exempt from background check and drug screening if re-hired within six (6) months of separation.
