Job description

Servers will be responsible for greeting members and guests, setting up tables in the dining area with tableware such as plates, glasses, and silverware, taking and placing orders in the point of sale system, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment, stocking service areas with supplies, conducting inventory of restaurant items, and reporting any maintenance and/or safety issues.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30AM-2:30PM or 11:00AM-7:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
