Workers will perform physical labor and assist senior workers to: (1) create and brace concrete forms of up to 30” using new and reclaimed 2x4s, 2x6s, and 4x8 and/or 4x16 plywood, using motorized tools such as Milwaukee nail guns, Husky air hammers, Stark earth tampers, DeWalt compound miter saws (2) excavate and trench using a walk-behind 2022 C30X Ditch Witch at 31 HP weighing about 2200 lbs., and/or a 2020 Bobcat Skid Steer at 66 HP weighing about 7500 lbs. (3) use non-motorized tools such as shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, wheelbarrows to clean and prepare sites, remove rubble and debris, and if necessary snow and ice.

DUTIES: workers will perform physical labor tasks and assist senior workers in cleaning and preparing job sites, removing rubble, debris, and other waste materials, building concrete forms, backfilling excavations up to 30”, and if necessary removing ice and snow. Tools used under supervision: include shovels, rakes, hammers, saws,
wheelbarrows, and motorized machinery including bulldozers, Ditch Witches and Skid Steers.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and stand or bend for all or most of work shift.
