Job description

Employees will be required to do a variety of duties requiring extensive physical labor. Employees must be able to identify product according to size and package them according to product label. Employees may be required to trim some products prior to packaging according to packaging label using small hand tools.

Employees must identify and package products consistent with labeling, inspect containers, materials and products to ensure that packaging specifications are met. The product packaging must be done in a specific manner to prevent breakage in transit. The work area must be kept clean of debris.

Special Requirements

Employees must be able to identify and verify conformance to quality standards according to packaging label. They must be able to manually lift raw materials from previously extracted piles of stone products, identify product according to size and package them according to product label.

Employees may be required to trim some products prior to packaging according to label using small hand tools.

Employees must identify and package products consistent with labeling, inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.

The product packaging must be done in a specific manner to prevent breakage in transit.

Employees must record information such as number of products completed and packaged for shipments, checked for quality control, and the number of products tagged and released for shipment.

The work area must be kept clean of debris.
