Job description
Clean and sanitize china, glass, silver, pots and pans, stainless steel and entire kitchen area including walls, floors, drains and equipment. Report broken or damaged equipment for repairs. Dispose of trash from kitchen area properly and maintain dumpster area. Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Resort is open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Rotating schedule, shift times 7am-3:30pm (includes 1.5 hours unpaid break time) and 3pm-11pm (includes 1 hour unpaid break time). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. ServSafe Food Handler certification required. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Applicants must complete an employment application.
