Job description

To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards. Answering phones, takes reservations and enter them in Open Table, keeps host stand clean and handles customer service requests, comments, and concerns.

35 hours of work per week. Normal shifts: 8am-4pm, 3pm-11pm, 2pm-10pm, 7am-3pm, 5am-1pm. Resort is open 7 days a week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required.

$15 per hour and $22.50 per hour for OT when available. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. All applicants (US workers and foreign workers) must complete criminal background check prior to start of employment. On the job training is not required but will be provided if necessary.
