Job description

Stewards will be responsible for operating dishwashing machines, burnishers, and buffers, ensuring all kitchen equipment is cleaned to hotel standard, including china, glassware, silver, flatware, pots, and pans, polishing stainless steel, silver, and copper kitchen items, removing all trash and recycling, and restocking clean pots, pans, china, glassware, and silverware in the kitchen.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00AM – 2:00PM, 8:00AM – 4:00PM, or 1:00PM – 9:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
