Job description
Assist with wine transfers, blending, filtration, and bottling operations.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain tanks, barrels, hoses, pumps, and cellar equipment.
Monitor fermentation and aging processes under supervision.
Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products.
Move wine and production materials throughout the facility using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
Label, package, and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory movements.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties within the cellar and production areas.
Assist with harvest and seasonal production activities as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
