Job description
Workers will operate and control agricultural equipment to support crop production activities, including but not limited to tilling soil, planting, cultivating, irrigating, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting crops. Employees will operate tractors, combines, sprayers, balers, and other farm machinery used in agricultural production. Duties may include crop baling, hay handling, and use of stationary equipment for post-harvest processing such as husking, shelling, threshing, and storage preparation.
Workers will also perform general farm duties including equipment maintenance and repair, cleaning and preparing fields, loading and unloading agricultural products, and maintaining work areas.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months of recent and verifiable experience in the listed job duties is required. The worker must be able to obtain an
appropriate non-CDL drivers license after hire and maintain a clean driving record. Workers must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Upon hire,
workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances,
or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
