Job description

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line Cooks will also be responsible for inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices, ensuring food is cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.

Special Requirements

Must be able to stand or walk during entire shift, lift and carry sacks, boxes, and product up to 25lbs from floor to above waist level. Must be able to read and understand English.
