Job description
· Responsible for cleaning and maintain all rooms, suites and indoor common areas at lodging properties.
· Vacuum and sweep floors
· Dust, mopping and pick up trash
· Change linens and make beds
· Replenish linens and towels
· Clean and disinfect bathrooms
· Wash windows
· Report issues regarding guest’s rooms noted during service or reported by guest
· Other job duties under SOC-Code 37-2012 may be performed
Special Requirements
Basic English speaking and reading skills.
Must be physically able to spend the majority of the workday on feet, in most cases the entire shift. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 45-60 lbs. Must be physically able to climb stairs numerous times throughout the shift. Must present a professional manner and have the ability to maintain their composure during pressure situations resulting from business levels and time constraints.
