Job description
The Merchandiser is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s retail sauce products
in the front-of-house area of the restaurant. This position supports retail sales operations by
ensuring proper product presentation, maintaining sufficient stock levels, assisting customers
with product information, and encouraging sales through direct customer interaction.
Special Requirements
Must have at least a middling grasp of spoken English and a basic grasp of written English. Fluency not required.
Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy loads (50lbs or more). Must be able to work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and precise measurements. Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions. Absolute dedication to cleanliness. Must not be allergic to nuts, shellfish, or other common food allergens.
Training is 2 weeks, not 2 months.
Exact shift times may vary. Totally weekly hours will be approximately 40 and all laws, rules, and regulations will be followed.
