Job description

Entry level positions: Duties include performing any combination of the following tasks: will perform heavy deep cleaning and routine building maintenance, such as cleaning floors, washing walls, clean windows & window coverings, remove soiled linen for laundering; replenish room supplies, clean walkways, elevators; furniture, building and fixtures, shampoo carpets and upholstery; remove trash. Notifying management of the need for repairs. Keep assigned work areas clean and in orderly condition.

Shifts will vary, worker will receive 5 shifts (days)/week from Mon-Sun: 7AM to 3PM; 3PM until 11PM; 11PM until 7AM.

Special Requirements

Must have the ability to:
Use common hand & power tools
Lift up to 50lbs
Able to bend, twist, reach, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees

Post-hire background check will be performed
