Agricultural Equipment Operator - Night Crew

Job description

Precision Manure Application, Inc is seeking an Agriculture Operator for the following roles and responsibilities:

Site Operator Responsibilities:

- Oversee all on-site operations and equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Operate a pump tractor with an agitator, ensuring proper agitation is achieved.
- Monitor all site equipment to identify and prevent any operational issues.

Tractor Operator Responsibilities:

- Operate large tractors with tanks to haul liquid slurry manure from hog sites to fields for fertilizer application.
- Utilize umbilical systems, including pumps, tractors, and hoses, to transport manure from sites to fields.
- Operate other equipment as needed, including ATVs, pickup trucks, and various tractors.
- Inspect equipment for damage or wear; the ability to perform maintenance and repairs is a plus.
- Wash and disinfect all equipment at the completion of work at each site.

Special Requirements

Post-employment drug tests are paid for by employer when applicable. Must hold a valid U.S. Driver's License or an equivalent valid non-commercial driver's license issued by Mexico. Two weeks of training provided. The workers must have the ability to drive a tractor and must be able to carry 75lbs. for 75 yards. A conversational English level is required.
