Job description
Help finishing the harvest and storage of field crops for winter feed of cattle. Maintain equipment (simple basic maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning) and buildings (cleanup and painting).
Assist in the on-farm processing facility using farm-produced dairy products to make partially manufactured products to be used in holiday value-added products.
Workers must be available to work 7-hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Workers will be given one hour lunch break which is staggered between 11am - 1pm as decided by the workers. Workers must return to work after their hour is up. The daily or weekly work schedules may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions, and other factors. Employers will notify workers of any change to the schedule.
