Bartender

Job description

Bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, directly or through waitstaff, serving snacks or food items to guests at the bar, completing all orders using a POS system, collecting money, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked. Bartenders will also be responsible for verifying customers’ ages for purchase of alcohol. Bartenders will check with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and take action to correct any problem.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am – 5:00pm, or 1:00pm – 9:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
