Job description
In conjunction with SOC CODE 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; clean up field edges and undergrowth from tree lines and underbrush as well as burn dead and dormant foliage. Level land and move dirt. Adjust irrigation equipment by cleaning , positioning, setting, replacing nozzles, lines, and other irrigation related equipment; scooping grain and cleaning grain storage areas. set up, repair, and maintain specialized equipment; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment to prepare equipment. Must speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
