Job description
Turning in and out horses, cleaning stalls, driving tractor to (spread manure, drag arenas, and other maintenance), feeding
horses, some handling and breaking of young horses, watering horses, spreading shavings. General maintenance of barn,
grounds, and equipment. Stacking hay and other barn/ horse related duties as needed.
45+ hours per week.
Special Requirements
The driving requirement refers to driving and operating a tractor and implements. Experience with handling
horses and knowledge of how to care for them. On the job training will be provided to ensure
duties are completed at the company's standards. Workers will be lifting up to 100 lbs. bails of
hay. Some bails are between 40 - 60 lbs.
