Job description
Workers will be responsible for mixing sauces and seasonings to create the Employer's signature sauces for its clients' Jamaican jerk food offerings. The Workers will be responsible for mixing ingredients to the proper amounts to create a consistent sauce to client specifications then packaging sauce into containers and labeling containers appropriately. Workers will use mechanical mixing tools to blend the ingredients. Workers may also be expected to clean up mixing stations and tools.
Special Requirements
MUST HAVE OR RECEIVE TRAINING IN FOOD SAFETY PROCEDURES - INTERNAL FOOD CERTIFICATION. 1 WEEK - NOT 1 MONTH.
WEEKLY/DAILY SHIFT SCHEDULE MAY VARY WITH SHIFTS BEGINNING AS EARLY AT 5:00AM AND ENDING AS LATE AS 12:00AM.
